Unborn childs right to fathers insurance benefits
i would like to know what my unborn child's rights are to it's fathers insurance benefits and how do i proceed in securing a portion of the benefits for my unborn child.thankyou

Your unborn child has no rights to its father's insurance benefits or any proceeds which might be
realized prior to the child's birth.
