Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
Uninsured motorist not at fault
What rights to litigate do I have if involved in an auto accident in which I was rear-ended by a motorists who did not pass field sobriety tests, even though I am uninsured? Five vehicles total were involved in the accident, with me being the first person impacted, then three more in front of me.

Re: Uninsured motorist not at fault
In VA, your insurance status has no effect on your right to bring a claim against the person responsible for a collision. If you were injured, you should promptly contact a lawyer who handles personal injury cases.
