Legal Question in Insurance Law in Virginia
uninsured motorist?
just want know who receives the check for settlement?they are paying maximum but bills far exceed amount,so do i get the check or the hospital?it was a hit and run,that is why i have to file under the uninsured coverage on my insurance.

If you have a lawyer, ask him or her.
If you don't, and you're responsible for all of the hospital bills, you likely would be well advised to endorse the settlement check over to the hospital.
