Hello: How can I obtain the copy of a deposition of a witness in Civil case whose opinion and final orders were already given in August 2004 in a Virginia US District Court please ?

EIther set up a PACER account and determine if the document is in the file on line,or you will have to make request of one of the attys in the case.
Do you have case title and file No.?
