Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Virginia
May I have permission to print and use an answer for a NCMA series, ''Agreemnent
On Mar 21, the last seminar, of ''Basic Contracting'' is being presented. We're doing agreements, as an example of a great resource, I wanted to print out your answer on contract validity and provide the general website in the materials. I can provide to you the brief if you'd like to see how it's done. We have had an overwhelming response to teaching this course and your website is a great resource, if you'd allow us to recommend it and print the information. My chapter is charging $25 per person, the presenters do not receive any pay and have put this together as volunteers in hopes of helping the 'youngins' coming up in contracting in the Northern VA & DC area.

If you are talking about using resources from the lawguru.com site, you should probably direct your question to the site administrator, rather than the panel of lawyers who answer questions posted to the site. You should also ask the lawyer(s) who provided the answers you want to use (as the copyright in the answers probably still belongs to the actual author). I for one have no objection to my answers being used, provided attribution to this site and me as the answering lawyer is given, but I may want to review the answer to make sure it is still valid. I suspect most of the participating lawyers would agree with me on this.
