Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Virginia
Photography Rights
As a model, I agreed to a shoot with a photographer to enhance both of our portfolios. An agreement was signed at this shoot. However, due to a life change, I need to obtain the rights to these photos in order to make sure they are destroyed. Is there any way I can legally do this, especially if the photographer is unwilling to forfeit by purchase the rights to these photos?

Re: Photography Rights
Need to review the contract to advise. What kind of photos and what kind of life change triggered the need for revocation of rights?
