shared deeded right of way

I have 3 other neighbors that share a deeded right of way with me that is not state maintained even though it is an extension of the main rd. Me and 2 of my neighbors paid 600 dollars all together to get the road regraveled about 6 months ago. Our third neighbor that did not participate in the regraveling has 3 dirt bikes and is tearing up the rd. Is there anything legally I can do to stop this? thanks!

Continued use by non-owners may create public easement rights in the road. Best hire a local real estate attorney ASAP.Otherwise a strongly worded letter to Cease & Desist from an attorney may do the trick. Do you know ID of parties using the dirt bikes?
