Looking to file a case against International company

I am looking for a lawsuit against a large international Company. Real briefly I will try to summarize the events that took place in the past 8 months. During that time my wife has been arrested, hospitalized because of an emotional breakdown, has filed for divorce, my daughter has failed the ninth grade, the whole family has suffered tremendously, and the past events have left us in a financially burden state.

You are probably wondering what this may have to do with an International company. All this would not have been possible if this man in New Zealand, an employee of this company did not pursue my wife via the internet on a company computer, and company cell phone. His company was informed of his behavior back in Nov of 2003. (this inculded internet sex, iquries about my 14 year old daughter underwear, and a personally relationship with my wife. I thought his company had resolved this issue, and had taken precautionary action against this individual, which should have included daily monitoring of his computer activities. Both my wife, and myself want to pursue this matter legally, if possible.

How would you prove that all of this person's nefarious activites which you've attributed to him in fact took place while he was using company equipment and time and while he was otherwise involved with activites which were approved and within the scope of his employment?

Furthermore, he could well have employed his own computer and telephone at various times to engage in the harassing behaviour which you've described.
