Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I have given a 2 week written notice. I have accrued vacation time that my employer is refusing to pay. According 2 the policy manual, it states that all vacation time will be paid with a 2 week notice to all full employees. its a typo.

Unless you're working under an enforceable contract that
requires the employer to compensate you for such time, there
is no legal requirement that they do so. (And, no, the policy
handbook/manual is unlikely to be found to constitute such a contract.)
