I am 59 years old. Unemployed and have no income. I am staying at my parents appartment. I have some health problems and can't work now. Can I be eligible for any type of benefits?

Yes, you could be, depending upon your previous work history and contributions
to Social Security as well as the current state of your health . But even if such contributions are not sufficient to qualify you for SS Disability benefits, you might still be eligible for SSI (Medicaid) or, perhaps, some other local and/or state benefit program.
