Affirmative Action Plan
We are federal contractor with 34 employees who has contracts totalling over $50,0000, are we required to have an affirmative action plan?

Not that I'm aware of, unless, of course, your company was sued for racial or gender discrimination and the court hearing the case ordered(after trial and verdict agaisnt you) that you implement such a plan or agreed to accept a settlement of the mattter which required that your company put in place such a plan.
