Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

i agreed i stole 52 dollars worth of merchandise and paid for it but i think its a retail fee of 300 dollars i payed the 52 dollars and signed a agreement only paying that. if i dont pay 300 they will be elgibile at my old job to take me to court to pay it.
