If you're an hourly employee, under Department of Labor rules, you must receive

time and one half compensation for all hours worked in excess of 40 in any

given week. However, if you're considered a managerial or supervisory type of

employee, there is no limit to the hours that you can be worked unless

the limitation is specified in an enforceable contract or collective bargaining

type of agreement.
