If an employer assault his employee who happen to be a minor on the job do I have a case

If one person(whether he be an employer or whoever) commits an assault and battery on another(whether that person be an employee and a minor as well), the assaulter may be subject to criminal prosecution as well as liable to his victim for civil damages.
