Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Assault by Supervisor

At work, me and 2 other people are talking and our supervisor comes over yelling at me specifically. He grabs forcefully my arm and drags me out of the area, while cussing at the other employees. Then up the hall to the lunch room he belittles me in front of an entire area....i went up front as did the other 2 employees and all we got was an apology..... he got no time off from work and this is not the first time he has touched an employee in an aggressive way..... what can be done?
