Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

My boss was caught docking employees for lunches they didn't take and adjusting employees time without their permission. He resigned, but the company hasn't offered the employees any compensation and they will only look at the time for January 2012. Is there anything we can do?

Sure, you could probably file a formal complaint with the Virginia Department of Labor & Industry (VDLI) and/or DOL (U,S. Dept. of Labor) or even sue the company but might lose your job in so doing (unless you're protected under a valid/enforceable contract).
