Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
my boss and owner of a restaurant, belittles me, and alot of others. Had back surgery in Dec. and have to move heavy tables and booths in fear of losing my job.May be facing another surgery and am afraid of being let go. What are my rights if any?

Unless you're covered by an enforceable contract of employment which
may offer you protection from adverse employer's actions arising from the
areas you've mentioned, I believe you're likely without a viable remedy.
