break time

if you work 8 hours a day with 2 - 15 minute breaks, shouldn't you get 1 - 15 minute break when you work 4 hours?

I don't know about the necessity of a break every four hours(for workers over age 16), but you could check with the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry's (VDLI) Labor and Employment Division(Wage and Hour branch) for a more definitive answer.
