Is there anything we can do about the company handling my husband's disability taking forever to pay him and putting us in a mess. He did get paid but they did everything to drag their feet.

Was there any contract, statute or other law that required that

your husband be paid on his disability claim within a certain timeframe

and which was therefore violated? If not, my answer would be

that your husband is likely without a remedy for the delay described.
