Can I sure a company because they sent me an Offer for Employment for full time, and 3 days later they sent they made a mistake and sent me a Offer for Employment for part-time?

Yes, you could sue, but you would be unlikely to win if
the company could prove by a preponderance of the evidence that
in fact there had been a mutual mistake with respect to this particular offer.
