Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Company is not paying bonus- but district manager asked on two different occasions if bonus would be paid due to being put on an improvement plan and was told yes, regional manager also confirmed that bonus would be paid. corp says no. do i have any recourse

I would say, no, the corporation's decision likely trumps the district

and regional manager 's respective decisons in the matter (in my opinion).
