''No compete'' clauses in emplyment contracts
i was told that ''no compete'' clauses in employment contract mean I cannot work in the field I'm trained for 2yrs, because the company i was employed with paid for the training....is this correct, is it a binding contract?

No, it's not necessarily correct but an attorney would actually need to review the employment contract itself in order to offer a reasonably reliable opinion upon this particular matter.
