Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
Is it considered unlawful termination if an Virginia employer lays you off as a force reduction but then reposts a simular job (to your position) after laying you off? What if someone was hired to work underneith you just 3 weeks prior to the reduction in force?

No, and should be no problem for the employer(in my opinion).
