crediablity degrade by coworkers
I have a coworker that is going to customers and degrading other coworkers like me is there anything I can do legally?

If you mean filing a defamation suit againt
this co-worker that would be winnable in court, that would be, I think, very unlikely.
With this type of situation in the work environment, every attempt should be made to resolve it within the company by bringing it to the attention of the appropriate supervisor(s) before considering any outside measures.
