No way to deterrnine without knowing the specific number of days
that were worked and the amount of the earnings received during the most
recent of four of last five calendar quarters completed called the base period.
Per VEC, in order to received the maximum weekly benefit of
$378.00, the claimant must have earned at least $18,900. 01 for
at least two of these calendar quarters during this base period.
Benefits are payable from 12 to 26 weeks, also dependent upon
the wages earned during this base period.
