docked pay for salary employee
My husband is a ''salaried'' employee and works 54 hours per week with no OT compensation. However, if he leaves work for a worker's comp Dr's appt his pay is docked for the time he is gone. Is this legal?

Under U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)rules, all salaried employees who work in excess of 40 hours per week are to receive time and one half compensation for this overtime.
