Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I am a DoD contractor who has been working a job for almost 5 years, and for Common Access Card renewal, I submitted to a background investigation asking for information for the last 10 years, yet I am being terminated for something that happened 22 years ago, after already working in the job all this time. Is that legal?
