Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Driving Records

I am possibly about to lose out on my third employment opportunity due to my driving record. Over the past 3 years, I had 4 speeding tickets in the same county of VA. This area is a speed trap. I drive over 50,000 miles a year throughout the US. I've never had an accident but I get nabbed for speeding on this one road. Needless to say, I stopped traveling on it. The problem is that now my potential employers are denying me employment because of my driving record. I've lost 2 jobs already where the company issue a company car and now I'm applying for a job with a company where they want no more than 5 points on your driving record for the past 3 years. I would be driving my vehicle. I currenly only have 3 points on my driving record and have gotten safe driver discounts from my car insurance company for the past 10 years. I can't afford to lose out on any more employment opportunities. What legal recourse do I have to stop this from happening and avoid further discrimination?
