Employee Benefits
I work for an LLC company in NC. Our parent company in another state(VA.)offers health insurance and retirement benefits to its employees there but not to us. We do get vacation/sick time from them. Can they do this?

Yes, if North Carolina law is similar to Virginia's which permits employers to offer no benefits whatsoever to employees(not even paid vacation and sick leave, let alone retirement
and health insurance).
