Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
Employer FROZE my bank acct with them!
I worked for Wachovia Bank but was fired April 20, 2009. Today, May, 13, they froze my bank account and I have no access to my money and don't know when or if I will.Theyre saying I lost some money during my employment and according to an agreement I signed when hired they are able to get it back. Are they really able to freeze my account like this without telling me?

No, not unless you've previously signed a waiver of rights or other documentation permitting this kind of action on their part.
