Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Employer Harassment

I have an former Employer (tech industry) that I assume is upset because I refuse to work for them. They have constantly tried to undermine me by slandering me to my current employer, attacking my computer, spying on me in my house, banging on my door at 3am, going through my garbage and various other malicious activities. This former employer has negatively impacted my career and may convince my current employer to let me go. Im sure my current employer is aware of this malicious activity but I believe he doesnt want to get involved. I would like to know if I can take legal action against the former malicious employer as I know exactly who is doing it, and if someone could suggest a good attorney for this situation. I can provide names and much greater detail if desired.

Thank You

Re: Employer Harassment

If you have provable evidence for at least some of what you've described, you could well have a winnable defamation case against any perpetrator(s) who can be credibly identified.
