Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
My employer has made a requirement for their employees to take a flu shot or where a mask throughout the flu season if flu shot is refused. If a employee refuses to wear a mask they can be terminated. Is this legal? It seems as marking them to me... just wondering if this requirement is legal or discriminatory?

Yes, unless such a requirement contravenes an enforceable contract of
employment (should there be such), it is probably quite "legal" in my
opinion.
