Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

My employer is making unauthorized deductions from my paycheck for alleged damages to a vechicle on the lot and I cannot afford to keep working for them for this reason. If I have to quit in order to stop them from stealing my pay, will I still be able to draw unemployment?
