employer not paying overtime

I am not a salary employee and work 60 plus hrs a week. My employer does not pay overtime. Is this a violation of any labor laws or are employers not required to pay overtime when a worker exceeds 40 hrs?

Employers are required under applicable federal laws to compensate all salaried non-supervisory/managerial staff for all hours worked

over 40 in any given week.
