If an employer (small business - 11 employees) provides health insurance for the employees, is the employer required to contribute 50% of the premiums?

Under what law(s) and/or by whose sayso?
Certainly can't be "Obamacare" which I believe requires a minimum of
50 employees before it becomes applicable to any employer.
