Can a employer work a salaried employee over the orginal agreed amout of hours...45 was the amout I agreed to at time of the acceptance of employment and I am working sometimes over 80 per week with no extra compensation....

Unless this agreement limiting your hours is in writing, I would doubt that

it's enforceable as a practical matter.
