Employers work load
If an employer lays off several people and then expects its employees to do two peoples job. Is it posible for the employer to ''write up'' an employee for not acomplishing all the task even if the most skilled worker can not complete everything asked of them.

Yes, it is possible not only for the employer to "write up" these employees under the circumstances described, but to fire them immediately with impunity, unless the employees are working under the protection of an employment contract(not likely).
Such is life for the average worker(without contract protection) in an employment at will jurisdiction such as the Commonwealth of Virginia.
