employment discrimination

i was laid off my job in Feb. 2009 employer said for lack of work. I had been employed 41yrs. 5 months . iam drawing social securityand 66 years old. when they laid me off they reduced days of work for other employees but did not ask me. i think drawing ss and my age was why i was laid off. Shoud i file a claim with employment commission?

Sure, why not file a claim with the EEOC based upon

alleged violation(s) of the federal ADEA, and see where it goes?
