Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Employment Harrassment

I would just like to know what my options are in this matter. I am being falsely accused of an incident at my workplace currently, and because there is suspicion, I am being treated miserably. I am being yelled at in front of customers, people gossiping and spreading rumors, and have been threatened to be thrown out of the store. The company I work for is not the problem. The problem is with the management and employees of the company that my company is contracted to work for. It is a stressful and unhealthy environment to work in on a day to day basis. I keep trying just to do my job, but find it hard to do so because I am extreemly uncomfortable! I love my job, but can no longer work in this type of atmosphere. I am contemplating on quiting my job and moving out of state because of this situation. My health seems to be deteriorating because I am tired and depressed all of the time. I could use any advice at this point. I have never talked with a lawyer before, so I am new at this. Please Help!

2. Resign.
