Can an employer require non contracted salaried management staff to work 12 hours every day,(since Nov.) with no end in sight?

Probably, the employer can, if the employee has salaried/management status within the company and therefore is exempt from the Department of Labor's requirements regarding the payment of overtime compensation that normally apply to hourly wage employees.
