Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Employment Offer withdrawn

I was offered and accepted a written confirmation of employment. I was contacted today that the company was in a restructure and my position was no longer required. I have turned in my notice to my present employer and notified my landlord of my intent to move. Do I have any recourse?

Re: Employment Offer withdrawn

Since it is unlikely that the written confirmation to which you've referred was in any way a binding contract, the answer to your question must necessarily be no recourse.
