Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I am eployed in a management position in virginia. i was informed by my employer that i would have to relocate or my position would be phased out, even though i would be taking the same position at the new location. can they make me relocate like this.

Unless you're working under the protection of an enforceable contract
of employment which would prevent such action by your employer, the answer most likely is, yes, they can.
