Fiered while unter Dr. CARE

I got fiered while unter dr. care, got unemplyoment,then i got SSI for nov. and Dec. of this year.can I get any thing from the Company that fiered me?worked for them of and on for 20 years,allways done a good job,till the Dr. took me out of work april 3 rd. got fiered april 7.I will get Desapility starten Jan. 2005.

If your former employer who fired you was a company operating in Virginia which is an employment at will jurisdiction, unless your termination violated federal antidiscrimination laws(race, ethnic origin, sex, age, etc.), it's unlikely that you would have a viable claim against the employer.
