Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

i filed an EEOC complaint, starting in January 2010, which has gone all the way to the EEOC (which i only get a recording when i call) attempting to do the third party thing. the employer ignored the EEOC. now i have a letter that it's with the "enforcement division"? the EEOC has no live people to talk to. what's going on? does the EEOC now sue them or something? how do they even know what i want from the company?

No, the EEOC will not be suing your employer(nor anyone else) on your behalf,

but they may issue you what's called "A Right to Sue Letter" which would allow you to do so.
