Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Filing a lawsuit in Virginia

Was fired after filed a complaint against my boss to Board claiming preg discrimination and harassment. Board investigated themselves & found not in my favor, placed myself and boss on probation. Had no other reason to justify my placed on probation as I had an excellent work history. I had baby 3 months early I believe as a result of the constant stress and harassment. Went into labor the week after filed my complaint & after board informed me of their decision. Was given my 6 weeks approved maternity leave, still got letter firing me for a claim that I did not give them correct due date of son who was born 3 months early & again it was disclosed which was why i was given maternity leave at that time. Terminated 5 weeks into 6 weeks approved maternity leave. Unemployment found in my favor that no evidence to support I was not disclosing any information. I filled with EEOC as there is much more to the case such as my pay reduced from salary to hourly and denied sick & vacation time while pregnant. EEOC gave me my right to suit, EEOC requires 15 employees & Human Rigts 7. Company claims 2 & states others were contract workers. Want to suit myself need to know how to submit form to court, what is the name of form so I can do it

ZER0-0- That's my assessment of your chances of winning your case in federal court as a pro-se filer without an attorney. (Such a case as you've outlined filed in the appropriate United States

District Court to have any chance at all for success would require real pleadings filed by real lawyers properly admitted to practice before that particular federal court and not

some mish-mash of forms cobbled together by some uninformed and utterly unqualified pro se filer which by the way in which you've framed your question I fully take you to be.
