final check
i have given 15 days notice to terminate employment with my employer. now he is saying he isnt going to pay me my last check becuase i didn't finish a punchout list on time. what can i do?

If you worked the required hours and your employer fails to compensate you for these hours, you could file a complaint with the wage and hour section of the labor and employment division of the Virginia Department of Labor & Industry(VDLI).
If this produces no satisfaction, you could then file your case in small claims court for the amount of your wages which remain unpaid from your former employer.
