I got fired because someone said i was drunk at work and i took a breathalyzer at the doctors office my company sent me to and had no alcohol in my system they called me 2 days later and said i was fired because i refused the test and my company said that the office called them and told them that i refused the test but then i called the doctors office and they said they have not called my company yet and they still fired me is that grounds for a lawsuit and unemployment

No, I would doubt that you have a viable claim against your employer

(unless you're working under the protection of an employment contract),

but you might have such a claim for defamation against the person

who made the apparently unfounded charge.
