Can i get fired for something i didn't do an i can get proof?

Yes, absent a valid contract which protects against summary dismissal, in a so-called employment at will jurisdiction like Virginia, you can
be fired for almost any reason that doesn't violate state/federal anti-
discrimination laws which protect certain categories of individuals
who can claim unlawful discrimination under race, religion, ethnic origins,
gender, age, etc., none of which would presumably apply in your case.
