i am out on fmla and short term disablity...i was offered another job with another company can i give notive while out or do i have to do back to properly get paid n not burn bridges

No, you should be able to give appropriate notice of your intent to

resign your current position without forfeiting any of your accumulated

benefits and/ or pay while you've been out on FMLA/short term disability leave.
