Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
Fmla
We are a small employer and have reviewed the Federal FMLA law. Is there another specific law or rule in Virginia. We want to be sure we are in compliance with the law.

There is only one FMLA(Family & Medical Leave Act)i.e., the federal enactment which Virginia employers need be concerned about and then only if they meet the specific criteria for
required compliance, including the requirement that the employer must have 50 or more employees to come under the Act.
